Feng Shui is the bright, refreshing, uplifting energy that is beneficial to your health.  Feng means wind and Shui means water. In the Chinese culture this is associated with good health and placement.

In any event, Feng Shui is working with things as they try to enhance your life by bringing harmony and balance.

Indeed, creating a Feng Shui takes some effort. Also, some homes and offices have a neutral quality of energy. In addition, some ways to experience good energy in the home is:

  1. Deep cleaning of your Home or Office.
  2. Clean your closet.
  3. Let fresh air into your home.
  4. Natural light is important.
  5. Rearrange the furniture
  6. Add some flowers or a plant.

It is always nice to clean out the clutter. In essence, your home reflects on yourself.

A bedroom is an important room in your home. Moreover, most people spend a lot of time in their beds. By creating a clear vision of your room you will feel more energy and light. Some suggestions for harmony in the bedroom are:

  1. Add flowers to a nightstand or dresser.
  2. Have your bed against a wall.
  3. Let natural light in.
  4. Fresh air provides comfort.

Some other items popular in feng shui is water. Add a fountain either indoors or outdoors. In particular, fountains are considered to diffuse negative ions. Also, keeping a fountain near your front door signifies wealth flowing in.

It is important to create a harmonious quality of energy to improve your life.

In the same fashion, the energy you experience when you walk the beach is beneficial to your health.  There is something about natural elements at the ocean that can relax and energize you. Additionally, in feng shui, the sun is the symbol of health and the giver of life.

Some of the ways the energies at the beach affect you are:

  1. Sun’s energy is strong.
  2. Position your chair or blanket to face the sun.
  3. If you need to feel calmer, face away from the sun so the heat won’t be so intense.
  4. The energy on the sand and earth are very grounding.
  5. Lay in the sand.
  6. Walk on the sand or in the water.

Clean out the physical clutter. Also, clear your mind. Throw out the mental clutter and clear out your soul. In conclusion, the most important thing in Feng Shui is to understand the energy in your personal space.
