So, the dog days of Summer are here. At the same time, this time period starts shortly after the Summer Solstice and ironically coincides with the rising of Sirius – the Dog Star. Because Sirius is behind the sun; it appears before the sunrise in the Summertime; hence the name a.k.a. Dog Days of Summer.

Although the unbearable heat is upon us; you can still put together killer styles to wear to keep you cool. Indeed, it is hot outside. In essence, the Summer season is hot; but the following tips will keep you feeling cool.
- Drink a lot of water.
- If you have pets, make sure you keep them safe. In addition, keep your pet in the shade and never leave your pet in a hot vehicle.
- Make sure you begin your day with a cool shower.
