So, this month is National Healthy Skin Care Month. First and foremost, your skin is your body’s largest organ. Therefore, it is important to learn how to keep your skin healthy all year-long.
National Healthy Skin Care Month
The American Academy of Dermatology executed November as the month to raise awareness for medical professionals and people everywhere about keeping your skin hydrated and healthy all year-long. In the same way, November is a good month to become more aware of your skin. Changes in the weather throughout most of the country are happening.
National Healthy Skin Care Tips
First and foremost, wash your hands and face daily. After doing any type of work, housework or exercise, make sure you use a mild soap cleanser and cool water. Dermatologic Gel Cleanser below thoroughly and gently removes dirt and make-up. Additionally, it soothes, moisturizes, and protects your skin against the environment. When using this product; you should use it at least twice a day.
If you notice anything suspicious on your skin, make sure you contact your Dermatologist. When you’re outside, make sure you use an SPF 30 at all times. Throughout the day, make sure you reapply this every few hours.
In my opinion, the Moisturizer with an SPF 35 by Neutrogena is a non-greasy moisturizer that is good for anyone. Also, this product features a broad spectrum UVA/UVB protection that helps prevent premature aging from the sun’s damaging rays.
Another tip is to have on-hand, Petroleum Jelly. Moreover, this can treat minor skin injuries as well as moisturize your skin and nails.
In my opinion, this is a product everyone needs. Not only can it help someone with a scrape, cut or burn, but also has the soothing ingredients of Vitamin E and Aloe.
