Moreover, this day was created in 2002 by Jodi Jill. She started this day based on her enjoyment of doing puzzles. Since that time, this day has continued to grow in popularity. So, let’s talk about all of the different types of puzzles you can do:

How to Celebrate National Puzzle Day

Whether you prefer a word search, crossword or jigsaw puzzle; this is an activity that is good for all ages.. At the same time, this is a development skill for toddlers. For this age range; flat puzzles are the best option.

Indeed, taking a pen to paper for a word search or crossword puzzle is good for you. Not only does this activity provide hours of fun; but also gives your brain a good workout. Meanwhile, you develop good eye and hand coordination.

Of course, this is an activity that doesn’t end when you get older. For many senior citizens and other people who have declining health; puzzles can reduce the potential risk of Alzheimer’s. disease. Did you know many companies use puzzles as a tool to build teamwork? In fact, this is a great activity for members of any organization to participate in. Since not everyone has the same vision; by creating something together; you may gain a different perspective, which could lead to a breakthrough.

In essence, I think this is a great exercise for many companies. Whether something takes a short amount of time or is more complicated; by coming together, you’re able to piece things together with your colleagues.
