Body Love Comfort

Body love comfort is important. It is especially important to look in the mirror and focus on your positive body attributes. Learn the importance of taking care of your body.  If your unhappy with something, try and work on that.  Remember – our weight didn’t come about overnight.  Additionally, you should take stock and build a plan in eating healthy and exercising. Of course, healthy living should focus on the positive – not the negative.

As Curvy Boston Fashion Week continues…..body love is the theme!

So, many individuals look in the mirror and feel awkward. In fact, I know many Men and Women who are uncomfortable going to the beach and being seen in a swimsuit.  Some avoid the beach and swimming pool all together. With this in mind, it is important to focus on our positive attributes.  If you don’t like a part of your body – diet and exercise. Moreover, wear clothes that are flattering. Indeed, there are many people who are wrestling with eating disorders and obesity.

Body Love

Love your body – it is the only one we have. Of course – not everyone has the perfect body. Consequently, everyone is always trying to change something about themselves. For example, I have a close friend who is tiny. However, she is always saying she has to lose weight and diet; and I always wonder what she is talking about.  She wears between a size 0 or 2 and is very toned.  It seems that even those with perfect bodies are always trying to change something. Ultimately, body love comfort is being happy with what we have and focusing on the positive rather than the negative.  Also, many individuals don’t like their hands, feet, or ears.  Remember – no one is perfect.

No matter what your scale says, it is important to be comfortable in your own skin  In a Society that prizes unrealistic images,  love your body and achieve a healthy and happy body image.

In conclusion, it is important to look in the mirror and practice saying “I’m beautiful.”
