Warm weather is upon us and time to focus on our Summer health.  Summer months can be tricky for diets.  Many of us have graduation parties, weddings, cookouts, beach parties, vacations, and other festivities to attend June, July, and August.  With so many parties to attend, let’s focus on drinking more water, eating more fruit

30 Minute Fitness Plan

A 30 Minute Fitness Plan is a fitness goal to achieve at least three times a week.   I started a workout plan about a year ago in which I walk on my treadmill 30 minutes a day in the morning at a brisk pace and then do some floor exercises.
