Whether you want to experiment with a little bit of sparkle or go full on glitz; there are colors for all types of skin tones. To stand out at any event, dab a little glitter on your lips or your eyes.
For glamorous eyes, try using glitter eyeliner.
- First, apply a little eye primer to your lids.
- Second, use an eyeliner to define your eyes or create a classic cat eye (see below).
- Third, now add glitter eyeliner to the line you just created with your eyeliner.
Are you ready for an eyeliner that with just a flick creates the perfect cat eye? To get a dramatic looking eye, all you have to do is use the separate bottles for both your left and right eye and voila, you will have a dramatic winged eye.
