Football playoffs started last week. Last week was the wild card games. My Husband watches all the playoff games and it is hard not to get into the excitement.
I was a little nervous about the game after Kansas City Chiefs won 11 games in a row. The New England Patriots weren’t playing well towards the end of the season. With the conference game last night I had my fingernails with the Patriots team logo. Last year during the playoffs, I had my Nail Technician Jenny paint the team logo weekly. Also, Jenny was my good luck charm as we won the Super Bowl last year. Yesterday the good luck continued. We won the Conference team game. Of course, I will have the logo painted next week for the AFC Championship game. Hence – let’s hope the good luck continues.
Football Playoffs
During my day of errands yesterday, everyone had on New England Patriot Fashion while watching the football playoffs. I had on skinny New England Patriots leggings and a V-neck t-shirt with the Patriots Logo in Bling. At a local place, I go to regularly one of the Servers was going to the game. See the photo below. Watching the Football Playoffs at Home
My husband and I were set for a day of football at my home. We enjoyed a day of great food and treats and bunkered in to watch the New England Patriots play the Kansas City Chiefs. Right from the start of the game, Tom Brady set the tone for the game. Having Julian Endelman back from being out for an injury since November. Endelman is a huge part of the offense and a favorite target for Tom Brady. Two of Brady’s favorite targets are Rob Gronkowski and Julian Endelman. Both played very well. Starting the opening drive with a touch down in under five minutes set the tone of the game.
Kansas City Chiefs is known as a team that creates turnovers in their 11 in a row victory. Yesterday against New England they were not a match for our team. One thing that was apparent to me was the team didn’t play with any urgency being down two touchdowns. The Chiefs didn’t manage the clock well.
With the New England Patriots winning the conference game against the Chiefs their Season is now onto the next round of the football playoffs. Next week is the AFC Championship game. The Patriots won’t know who their opponent is until after the Broncos and Steelers Game. The Patriots have a game next Sunday. This will be the fifth consecutive year that the Patriots are in the AFC Champion game.
I’m looking forward to next Sunday’s game and hope the New England Patriots will prevail and be heading to the Super Bowl.
