With gyms being closed almost everywhere; I have a few home inspired exercise ideas to keep you in shape. Since most of us are home the majority of the day; many of us may get lazy. But, you don’t have to be. So, are you ready for an easy routine that I’m sure you will love?
Transform a Spare Room
Although you may not have a lot of extra space in your home; there are ways to be creative. At the same time, all you need is a floor mat, some weights or resistance bands.
However, if you have a spare room; you can set up your own home gym. Hence, even if you have only a tiny space; you can get creative by storing exercise equipment in a tote bag.
And, if you have extra space, you may want to buy an elliptical machine, stationary bike or treadmill. Because I have a spare room, I have a treadmill set up near a window overlooking my street. Also, I have a radio turned on that helps me move faster.
