In both of the new fragrances in the collection; you will find Sandalwood and Cedar wood. But, for this fragrance, roasted oak was created.

When you think of the Fall season, the leaves and forest come to mind. Of course, the smell of oak and red currant is intoxicating.

Jo Malone English Oak Review

When the Jo Malone, Manager of my local Nordstrom in Peabody sent me two samples of these new fragrances, I was excited. So, the first fragrance I sampled was the English Oak and Red Currant. I applied this fragrance in the morning and it still had a top-lasted scent of musk several hours later.

Second, I tried the English Oak & Hazelnut. Incidentally, this fragrance had me thinking of taking a long walk on crunchy color leaves this Fall. Incidentally, I received a compliment from my hairdresser.

In my opinion, I loved both of these fragrances. Indeed, I will be buying full size bottles of both fragrances right away.

So, if you’re looking for a new Fall Fragrance this season, the English Oak and Red Currant are a bright, bewitching and enticing cologne. Also, a hint of rose is softened with white musk to keep the fragrance from not being overpowering. This is the perfect fragrance to “Fall in love” with this season.

Since I love the smell of Cedar wood, I’m a fan of the English Oak and Hazelnut Cologne. Moreover, the story behind this fragrance is for an enchanted walk in the forest. To sum up, think of crunchy Hazelnuts, Emerald Green Moss and the woods.
