Whenever you wear a bright neon color, it adds some serious confidence to your style. At the same time, there is a way to wear any fluorescent color without it looking like you’re glowing in the dark. For example, pair a solid white or black skirt, jeans or shorts with a bright color top. Or, you can reverse and wear a classic color on top and a bright neon color on the bottom.
