In the first place, this day was started by Save the Children in 2012. At the same time, the importance of this day is dedicated to the rights of children.
More importantly, it is essential that our youth lead a good life.

Back in the 1950’s, the first ugly Christmas sweater also known as the Jingle Bell sweater started. Indeed, over the years this became much more popular.

However, the ugly Christmas sweater lost t its mojo for sometime. And, in 2001, this trend became much more mainstream after Colin Firth wore one in the popular movie – Bridget Jones Diary. If you haven’t seen this movie; I highly recommend renting or buying it.
