Since COVID-19 first started, many kids have been attending classes remotely. When the restrictions started easing up in 2021, many kids faced hybrid learning. President Biden thought it was important that kids have in-person education; though, there has been good and bad in regards to this.
When the kids returned to school this past Spring, there was an increase in the number of children being impacted by COVID-19 and the Delta variant.
So, with schools across the world reopening, how will this impact kids? Well, a lot of this is still “Up in the Air”. For instance, not everyone has been vaccinated, and with new booster shots becoming available; how quickly will everyone be fully vaccinated?
Though most schools will be in-person this Fall; some kids can continue with remote learning.
According to a recent publication from the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention, a mask will be required for all kids from Kindergarten to Grade 12.

What is the New Normal
Are you wondering what the new normal is?
In the meantime, none of us know what will happen from one week to the next. In fact, I was recently headed to Boston for the day and didn’t realize masks were now a requirement; for anyone going into a store, restaurant, or any public place.
Guidelines are changing daily. Just as we were used to wearing masks; they are no longer needed in certain cities and towns. Now, a few months later; things are going backward. And, now we are back to wearing masks more regularly.
The New Normal
