Today is “Take your Pants for a Walk day”. When I first heard about this, I thought everyone could have a lot of fun on this unofficial holiday. In the first place, this fun holiday is to encourage everyone to go for a walk.

A 30 Minute Fitness Plan is a fitness goal to achieve at least three times a week.   I started a workout plan about a year ago in which I walk on my treadmill 30 minutes a day in the morning at a brisk pace and then do some floor exercises.
