Today is World Environment Day! Did you know every year over 7 million people die from causes having to do with air quality and pollution?

In the first place, this day is to encourage everyone to be aware of the environment. At the same time, this day means everything from issues ranging from climate change to pollution.
Moreover, this day is a global event.
Every year, this day is celebrated on June 5th. In fact, this day was created on the first day of the ever United Nations Conference. Since this day was a long time coming; it all came together in 1972 after years of preparation and a lot of money.
Also, many countries are tackling serious issues. For instance, in China, they own more than half of the world’s electric vehicles.
In addition, this day is celebrated by people everywhere. From Earth Day to Recycling Days; environmental awareness is something we all need to learn about to protect our beautiful planet.

Celebrate World Environment Day
Finally, if you are looking for some fun ways to celebrate World Environment Day; I have many suggestions for you on ways to observe this day.
- When you are thinking of throwing paper away; you may want to add it to your recycle bin instead.
- If you cannot find a recycling bin; look up where you can find one to dispose of recyclable materials.
