Are you ready to walk on your wild side? So, if you are not familiar with this day; it’s all about taking a chance. At the same time, this day is all about doing something outside of your comfort zone.

In the first place, this day was created by Thomas and Ruth Roy. And, their goal was to have everyone do something they normally wouldn’t do.

Of course, you are tired of being cooped up indoors over the last year; so, it’s time to try something different. Now, that the days are longer and the weather is warmer; it’s time to venture outside. When you venture outside of your day-to-day routine; the more you will experience something new on the other side.

Indeed, when you step outside of your comfort zone; you are giving yourself the opportunity to experience something different.

When you are looking to try something new; there are a few simple things you can do. For instance, you can do something as simple as driving to an area you have never been to before. Or, you can do something as simple as trying a new restaurant, gym or rearrange your home. Every year, there are new colors and styles popping up. Now, is your chance to try a new hairstyle or add some color to your wardrobe with new fashion styles and accessories.

Push Yourself

Though it may not be easy to try something new; push yourself to step out of your comfort zone. For example, you can try waking up early and starting your day off by exercising.

In the same way, you may want to jot down a few things on a notepad. If you are afraid of public speaking; you can start by joining a group and introducing yourself to new people.

Create a Plan

In the meantime, you may want to reach out to a trusted colleague, friend, or family member to help you try something new. For example, if you have never hiked somewhere and unfamiliar with an area; you may want to reach out to someone who is an experienced hiker.

In addition, learning a new skill or task may be scary. However, it doesn’t have to be. Make a list! As you do each thing; cross it off your bucket list. Another tip is for you and a close friend to push each other to try something new.
