Boston Dine-Out Week

Because I’m a foodie, I always look forward to restaurant week. Since I’m always on the hunt for new restaurants to try, I enjoy venturing out to a new restaurant.

First, my Husband and I have been to many of the restaurants in the Varano Restaurant Group, we decided to try Strega Prime in Woburn. Although I heard mixed reviews about this restaurant, I decided to be the judge. So, for me this restaurant was a big disappointment. In the first place, the restaurant wasn’t busy at the time we went.

Different from some of the other restaurants in the Varano Group, this restaurant is located at the Trade Center. When I go out to dinner, I expect top-notch service, great food, and exceptional service. One of my pet peeves is when a table isn’t cleaned before ordering dessert. Since this restaurant made several mistakes with my entrée and service issues, I would not recommend this location.

Future Boston Dine-Out Reservations

Later in the week, a friend and I are going to one of my all time favorite restaurants, L’Andana. Visit my prior post. When we made plans, we didn’t realize it was Boston dine-out week. Of course, that is an added bonus. If you’re looking for delicious food, excellent service and a great aesthetic, L’Andana is always a great choice.

If you haven’t been to L’Andana, now is a good opportunity to try this restaurant. You won’t be disappointed.

In addition, my Husband and I plan to dine-out at Villa Francesca in the North end in Boston. Villa Francesca has a large selection of choices available for Boston dine-out week. Although I’ve been to the majority of restaurants in the North end, I always find good Italian food at this restaurant. If you’re looking for authentic Italian food, I highly recommend you try Villa Francesca.

Conclusion

When you’re thinking about all the dining options available, I always recommend trying some new restaurants as well as going to your favorites. With so many choices available in cuisines, meals and lunch or dinner options, take advantage of a great deal at one of these dining establishments.

While there are several restaurants offering prix fixe lunches and dinners, sample many restaurants during Boston dine-out. Plan to eat a lot of food. Let me know some of your favorites or not-so favorites.

Happy Boston Dine-out!
