Happy World Health Day April 7th

Happy World Health Day! In light of the worldwide pandemic on the coronavirus; it is now more important than ever to focus on your health.

Focus on your Health

Since this is a frightening time for everyone; it is important to stay informed, but not be obsessive. Some people may have already been affected by the disease and others may be bracing on what’s to come; however, there are things you can control.

When you’re fearing what can happen; you may want to think about things you can control to reduce your own risk.  Meanwhile, check out my Challenging Creative Times Coronavirus post where you can find things to do while you’re home.

  • First, make sure you wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Also, make sure you do this continuously throughout the day
  • Second, avoid touching your ears, eyes, face, and mouth.
  • Third, social distancing is a “Must”. In addition, if you’re out; make sure you keep a distance of 6 feet or more from yourself and others.

Happy World Health Day – Vitamins and Minerals

Of course, vitamins and minerals are essential for good health. So, every day your body produces bones, muscle, and skin; but to do this the right way, it is important that we feed our body with the right nutrients.

Multivitamins are an essential part of our well-being. If you already eat fruit, vegetables, and healthy fats; you should already receive a lot of nutrients. With the temperature warming up, now is the time to add fresh fruit and vegetables to your diet.

Be sure to check out my Celebrate Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Month and National Nutrition Month post for some ideas on items to buy next time you’re grocery shopping or at a Farmer’s Market.

However, if you’re not eating a healthy diet; you should be taking a multivitamin daily.

Not only is your diet important; but having the right nutritional requirements is equally important. Furthermore, this vitamin contains essential vitamins, herbal matrix, minerals, and an Amnio support Matrix which are vital as a source for good health.
