When it comes to our health; it is important for all women to take steps to manage their stress, health, and lifestyle. Due to the pandemic, many women became lax on going to the doctors for routine check-ups. More importantly, many women ignored symptoms they may have.

At the same time, this week was designated to encourage women to take control of their health.

But, how many of us make excuses? Or, forget to schedule routine doctor’s appointments and screenings?
