Spring Season Bucket List Ideas

Spring Season Bucket List Ideas

The Spring season begins today. First and foremost, shed your Winter coat. Today’s post will inspire you with some fun ideas to get outside and try something new.

Spring Season

Of course it is the beginning of the week. In fact, this season has much longer hours in the day. When you wake up, you can see the light. Still at the end of the day you’re more inspired to stay out longer. If you’re like me, you enjoy spending time outdoors. Indeed, more sunlight will put a smile on your face.

In the same fashion, you will start seeing the trees growing back. As your plants and trees turn green, now is the time to get outside and enjoy nature. Hence, sunlight helps your body produce more vitamin D.

Spring Bucket List

So, are you ready for my bucket list of ideas to get the season underway? Of course, there is so much happening around you. New opportunities begin today.

  • Spend the day reading a good book. Be sure to visit my recent Cozy Winter Reading Books post for some great books to read. Indeed, the books I recommended, I read this past Winter. However, they can be read anytime of the year.
  • Go to a MLB Baseball game. Since I’m an avid Boston Red Sox fan; of course, I will be going to several games during the season as well as watching the games during the Spring and Summer months.
  • Have a picnic (plan a romantic date for the two of you) or host a picnic at a local park and plan a softball game to follow.
  • If you’re a foodie, take a cooking class. Last year, a friend and I took a cooking class at Williams Sonoma. Visit my Williams Sonoma Food Health Happiness post. Hence, there are cooking classes at many restaurants and various Williams Sonoma locations.
  • Plan a trip.
  • Visit a new city or town for the day or weekend.
  • In addition, many farmers markets open up. Since I’m a foodie, I love visiting the various farmers markets and checking out new vegetables and ingredients. In fact, I always leave the market with new ideas to try new recipes.
  • Plant flowers, a tree or vegetables.
  • Join a softball or volleyball league.
  • Fly a kite.
  • Visit an amusement park.
  • Plan a scavenger hunt.
  • Go strawberry picking.
