Joseph Freda World music is sure to inspire music lovers everywhere. In the first place, Joseph began his love of music when he was 9 years old. When his older brother bought a guitar, Joe began his love affair with the guitar.
In the same way, Joe was self taught and learnt to play and read music. Since he grew up in Italy, he was influenced by the culture. After moving to the United States, his desire to write music intensified. In view of his desire, he started private lessons at the Boston Conservatory of Music and Berklee School of Music.
Freda World Music
As Joe continued to improve his music, he concentrated on writing jazz music. In addition, he would often collaborate with his brother Anthony on many songs.
Freda World Music represents different backgrounds, culture and ethnicities. Of course, the name Freda comes from Joe’s last name. What is different about Freda World Music is it isn’t a traditional band as the band members change due to a wide variety of music. At the same time, Freda World Music is a crossover of classical and pop music collaboration.
Music Inspiration
What inspires Joe to write music is about each situation. Moreover, each song’s inspiration varies lending itself to life’s experiences, emotions, shared stories and imagination. Indeed, feelings also play a big part of his music. Although the creative process of music is something that doesn’t come naturally to everyone, for Joe, he has found it comes to him through a melody or sound.
Genre
To point out, Freda World Music plays to many different genres. Their hope is the music appeals to a wide group. Also, their music crosses over into classical and modern.
Music Today
When I asked Joe what type of music he is working on presently, he is presently collaborating with his brother, Anthony. Moreover, their hope is to have an overture of a stage performance in the near future. Of course, the overture would be the Grand Opening of the performance.
Additionally, he is presently working on a duet in which my brother would be the Tenor and the female artist would be the Soprano. Hence, the song will be written in both English and Italian.
Music Future
With a look to the future, Joe hopes to share his music with the world. After all, he hopes to have people everywhere experience the joy and emotions that come from his music.
