Create delightful No-Bake Easy Summer Desserts without turning on the oven
First and foremost, there are many treats you can easily make. Whether you are having a barbecue or a pool party, or want something sweet to end your meal with, my ideas are perfect for a hot day.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

When you want a decadent treat, I recommend these chocolate peanut butter bars.
Ingredients
1 Container low-fat cream cheese
3 – 5 Tablespoons of unsalted butter
1 Cup of creamy peanut butter
1 Tablespoon of Vanilla extract
3/4 Cup of Semi sweet chocolate morsels
18 – 20 Oreos (crushed)
1/2 Cup of Sugar (See my recommendation below)

Recipe
First, line a pan with aluminum foil. Next, melt your butter in a bowl and crush the oreos. Mix this to line into the bottom of a pan.
In a bowl, mix peeanut butter, cream cheese, vanilla and sugar in a mixing bowl. Mix until this is smooth and pour on top of your cookie crust.
Also, in a bowl, microwave the semi sweets until they are completely melted.
Finally, pour the chocolate. over the peanut butter.
For the best results, refrigerate for a few hours. When they feel firm, take them out of the refrigerator and slice.

Strawberry Shortcake Cup

So, the easiest way to make this recipe is to buy a ready made pound cake.
Ingredients
Fresh strawberries
Use the pound cake you bought.
1/4 Cup of sugar (see below)
1 Container of Cool whip

Recipe
In a bowl, slice the strawberries. Next, in a separate bowl, or cup, slice the pound cake. Spread a layer of the cool whip and strawberries.
Additioally, add another slice of pound cake and repeat with cool whip and strawberries.
Refrigerate for a few hours so the flavors have time to blend and deepen
When you take it out of the regrigeator, I recommed putting this in eitther a bowl, clear glass or cup, so each person has one.
Fruit Panna Cotta

Moreover, if you are looking for a dessert that melts in your mouth, you will want to try this.
Ingredients
1 – 2 Cans of coconut milk
1 Tablespoon of vanilla extract
3 Tablespoons of cold water
1 Packet of no-flavor gelatin
1/2 Cup of maple syrup or honey
1/2 Cup of sugar (see my recommendation below)

Recipe
In a bowl, combine the gelatin with water.
Let this sit for a few minutes.
In a small pan, combine the coconut milk, sugar, and either honey or maple syrup over low to medium heat. When this is steaming, add the gelatin mix until no grains show.
Finally, pour the mixture in a serving dish or ramekin and chll for 3 – 5 hours.
When this is chilled, add a dollop of cool whip and fresh fruit.
