When it comes to disagreements; we all have them. Unfortunately, arguments are something that most of us have.
If you are in a business situation and incur a disagreement with a colleague; it is time to set aside your differences.
Meanwhile, we all have differences in our relationships with others.
In most cases, a disagreement can be resolved quickly. However, sometimes a difference can last for eons. Moreover, most of us have been on both sides of the spectrum.

Whether you have a difference of opinion with a colleague that gets heated or in a personal relationship; today is a day to set aside your differences.
In fact, many of us have arguments with a co-worker, friend, family member, or partner but don’t really remember what caused it.
Indeed, holding a grudge isn’t healthy.
