National Flip Flop Day is today. So, every year this day falls on the second Friday in June. Surprisingly, this day wasn’t started by a shoe company; but by a Smoothie company.
How to get a Free Jetty Punch Smoothie
In 2007, this day was started by the Tropical Smoothie Cafe.
Moreover, this day is an unofficial holiday. In the meantime, anyone who goes into any participating Cafe across the country wearing a pair of flip flops; will receive a free Jetty Punch Smoothie
Make sure you check the time and the requirements due to COVID-19.
In addition, Tropical Smoothie will give the proceeds of a $1.00 paper flip flop to send ill children and their families to Camp Sunshine in Casco, Maine.
However, if don’t live near a cafe; you can still participate by:

- Donate to Camp Sunshine to help a family and their child with a life-threatening illness. At the same time, any donation you make can make a difference in the lives of children and their families.
