Thriller Night Concert Cabot Theater

Thriller Night Concert Cabot Theater

So this past weekend, my husband and I attended Thriller Night to see Who’s Bad at the Cabot Theater in Beverly, Massachusetts. First and foremost, this performance was a celebration of Michael Jackson’s music.

Thriller Night

Before heading across the street to the theater, we dined at Chianti. Of course, their food is always yummy. From the appetizers to the meal, we headed over to the performance in a food coma.

Since my Hubby and I have always loved Michael Jackson; we figured what better way to spend an evening than listen to a band perform the King of Pop’s music. Although we were unfamiliar with Who’s Bad, we were surprised at how much this band sounded like Michael Jackson’s vocals.

Not only were the vocals on point; but also the band itself showed high energy in their dance and musical performance throughout the night.

Thriller Night Review

In my opinion, the band, dancers and costume changes were a lot of fun to see throughout their 2 + hour concert. If you love tribute bands, than this is the show for you.

At this show, I saw people of all ages dressed in styles from the 80’s. Be sure to check-out my 80’s Fashion Fun Trend Remake post for some styles from the 80’s. Not only are artists like Michael Jackson having a huge impact on fashion; but music from this decade is back with fun medley’s.

Without a doubt, this band nailed their performance and had the audience up on their feet throughout the concert. This show featured popular songs such as Billie Jean, Beat It and Thriller. And, Who’s Bad even performed a few earlier songs from the Jackson 5.

Who’s Bad? Well, definitely not this band. Whether you’re looking for a good time or like Michael Jackson and the Jackson 5, than I highly recommend seeing Thriller Night.

As always, I welcome your comments.
