One of my latest kitchen recipes is to roast tomatoes and make a salad. To create this masterpiece, all you need is the following:

  • Tomatoes
  • Olive Oil
  • Fresh Basil
  • Sea Salt
  • Ground Black Pepper

First, you spread your tomatoes on a baking sheet. Next, you add a little olive oil, a pinch of sea salt, ground black pepper, and fresh basil. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and cook for approximately 45 minutes.

When the tomatoes are roasted, add some fresh greens and fresh basil.

Finally, mix together and add a little bit of balsamic vinegar and voila – the perfect salad.
